We own an 80’s Canterbury Castle Series park model. It is ducted for heat but does not have a furnace installed. I want to install a propane furnace but I can’t locate the spot where the furnace should be installed. I’m assuming since the ductwork is already installed, it should be ready-wired also. I contacted the company that currently operates under the name Canterbury. They said a different company used the name in the 80’s and that company went out of business. They have no records for those park models.

Does anyone know where the furnace is located on one of these park models? Or does anyone have an idea of how to find the spot?

Thanks

Chuck & Anita,

You didn't give the particular model that you have, so I may not be of much help to you. If you go to the website "Canterburyrv.com" they show to still be in business, and from what they say on their website have been in business for 25 years.

Again, not knowing what park model you have, I just scanned through a few of their floor plans. The one that stands out the most is located under the linen. You can try contacting them directly as I will include their contact information below. Good luck

TexasCouple,

You wouldn't happen to know where I can find one of those little accent lights that are recessed inside the cabinet above a RV bed would you? I broke one of the ones in ours and am trying to replace it before my husband freaks.. <grin>

It's perfect.
I know some organizations like Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) and The Good Sam Club , who is an international organization of RV owners.

I have been with Good slam Club, but didn't like it much, not that effective.. It would have been better If I'd have chosen FMCA, that's working excellent, many of my friends told me..!!
